Brian McMahon Preservation

This four story row house was gutted by fire and condemned. The historic character of this grand old house was preserved as it was converted into a four-unit rental property. This neighborhood is now extremely desirable, in large measure because of the efforts of the early preservation pioneers. This unit has a current assessed valuation of over $2 million.
