Brian McMahon Preservation

Brian McMahon created a development- design – build firm that provided all the services needed to renovate an historic building. Construction companies owned by Brian McMahon completed over forty projects in New York City including a number of designated historic buildings. McMahon provided architectural design for many of these projects, including the seven described below. A number of the renovated buildings were done in accordance with standards of the Secretary of the Interior for the historic tax credit program.
