Brian McMahon Preservation

This was a six-family row house on the front lot with a separate single-family house to the rear of the lot which was accessed only through the hallway of the front house. The buildings were in very bad shape and were completely renovated by McMahon. The front house was converted to four apartments and the rear house turned into a rental home. The rear house alone now has an assessed valuation of over $1.6 million.
